Select a Note and Scale
- Start by selecting the root note directly on the guitar fretboard displayed on the screen. For example, choose A as your root note.
- Then, pick the type of scale you want to explore, like a major, minor, or pentatonic, from the dropdown menu.
View Scale and Chords
- Once you've chosen the scale, the tool will highlight the notes across the guitar fretboard.
- Below the fretboard, you'll see a list of chords that fit within the selected scale. This helps you understand which chords you can play within a particular key and how they relate to the scale.
Explore Chords in Detail
- Click on any chord to see how it's fingered on the fretboard.
- The tool will show you where to place your fingers for that specific chord, making it easier to learn new chords and how they fit into your chosen scale.
