By logging in for ChordChord, you express your consent to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information for your Account. This information may be used for contacting you and for informing you of the latest updates and news related to ChordChord.
Please make sure that any personal information stored in your Account is safe from unauthorized use. Don’t provide third parties with information related to access to your Account, such as login and password. Should you notice or suspect any loss, theft or unauthorized use of your Account or password, please notify us immediately. You are responsible for any activity on your Account on ChordChord.com. Thus, we are not liable for any acts or omissions by you in relation to your Account.
ChordChord hereby reassures users that any personal information uploaded to the Account shall not be disclosed to third parties unless the disclosure is claimed by legal bodies as a result of law infringement.
Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to use ChordChord. Children from 13 to 18 years old are not permitted to use the Service unless they have received permission from a parent or legal guardian.

To avoid the next auto-renewal payment, we recommend disabling your Account at least 24 hours before the expiry of the current subscription period.
You may cancel your Premium Subscription (purchased from web) by visiting Profile->Settings menu at any time.

You may delete your Account by contacting our customer support experts at [email protected]. We will terminate the Account within five (5) working days.
Our platform offers various services, including the ChordChord Generator and Chord Canvas. Each service comes with different subscription or purchase options:
ChordChord Generator: Free version with limited features. Paid subscription option for enhanced access. Once purchased, the subscription is considered final and non-refundable, including any partially used subscription periods.
Chord Canvas: Available as a one-time payment. After purchase, this payment is non-refundable due to the nature of the perpetual access provided.
Gift Cards for Chord Canvas: Non-refundable once purchased. Gift cards are transferable and do not expire.
If you encounter any issues or concerns with your purchase, please get in touch with our customer support team at [email protected]. They will assist you and try to rectify the problem. However, technical issues may not warrant a refund.
You acknowledge and accept this refund policy by opting for paid services or subscriptions on our platform.
Please note that this policy applies to all subscription plans and paid services offered on ChordChord.com, including but not limited to monthly and annual subscriptions for the ChordChord Generator, one-time purchases of Chord Canvas, and Gift Cards for Chord Canvas.
